Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Histori Vitale provides culinary education services including cooking classes, recipe collections, and cultural dining events focused on Canadian culinary heritage. Our services are offered both in-person at our Toronto location and through virtual platforms.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Class Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

Class bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the class price. No-shows will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Health and Safety

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, participants are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to shared kitchen spaces.

Safety in the Kitchen

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. Histori Vitale is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or improper use of equipment.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided through our Service, including recipes, class materials, website content, and branding, is the property of Histori Vitale and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

By submitting content to us (such as photos, reviews, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Histori Vitale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
